How to accept ride requests

Accepting Ride Requests

1. Open the Oya Riyders Driver app and tap Go Online.
2. When a request comes in, you'll see the pickup location and estimated fare on screen.
3. You have 15 seconds to accept or decline. Tap Accept.
4. Navigate to the pickup point using the in-app map.
5. When you arrive, tap Arrived to notify the passenger.
6. Start the trip by tapping Start Ride once the passenger is in.
