How Driver Earnings Work
As an Oya Riyders driver, you keep the majority of every fare. Here's the breakdown:
- Your share: 80% of the passenger fare
- Platform fee: 20% retained by Oya Riyders
- Bonuses: Additional earnings for completing trip targets
Bonus Programmes
Complete weekly targets to unlock extra bonuses:
- Complete 30 trips → ₦5,000 bonus
- Complete 50 trips → ₦10,000 bonus
- Maintain 4.8+ rating → Priority dispatch bonus
When Are You Paid?
Earnings are processed every Monday for the previous week (Monday–Sunday). Bank transfers typically arrive within 24 hours of processing.
