How to delete your Oya Riyders account

Permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your Oya Riyders account at any time. Please note this action is irreversible.

  1. Go to Menu → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  2. Read the confirmation details.
  3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm with your PIN.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion via our data deletion page or by emailing info@oyariyders.com.

Note: Outstanding balances or pending trips must be resolved before account deletion.
