How the booking process works

The Booking Process Explained

Here's what happens from when you tap "Request Ride" to when you arrive at your destination:

1. Request sent: Your request is sent to nearby drivers.
2. Driver accepts: A driver accepts and you see their details and ETA.
3. Driver en route: Track the driver's live location on the map.
4. Driver arrives: You get a notification when the driver is near. Meet them at the pickup pin.
5. Ride begins: Confirm with the driver and the trip starts.
6. Drop-off: The driver takes you to your destination. The fare is automatically charged.
7. Rate your trip: Leave a rating and feedback for the driver.
