Cancelling a Ride
You can cancel a ride request before a driver accepts it. Once a driver has accepted and is on their way, cancellation is currently not available from the app — please contact support if you need assistance.
Steps to Cancel (Before Driver Accepts)
- On the booking screen, tap the Cancel button while the app is still searching for a driver.
- Select a reason for cancellation.
- Tap Confirm — your ride will be cancelled at no charge.
Need to Cancel After a Driver is Assigned?
If a driver has already accepted your ride and you need to cancel, please reach out to our support team via the chat button below and we'll assist you right away.
Tip: If you entered the wrong destination, contact support as soon as possible so we can help before the trip starts.
