How to use the in-app SOS button

In-App SOS Feature

Your safety is our top priority. The Oya Riyders app has a built-in SOS feature accessible at all times during a trip.

How to Activate SOS

1. During an active trip, tap the Shield icon on the ride screen.
2. Tap Emergency SOS.
3. Choose to Call 911/Emergency Services or Alert Your Emergency Contacts.

Setting Up Emergency Contacts

1. Go to Menu → Safety → Emergency Contacts.
2. Tap Add Contact and select from your phone book.
3. Your contact will receive your live location when SOS is triggered.
