Cleaning Fees
A cleaning fee may be applied to your account if the driver reports that the vehicle required significant cleaning after your trip due to:
- Vomiting in the vehicle
- Spillage of food or liquids causing staining
- Excessive dirt or mud
Cleaning Fee Amounts
- Minor cleaning: ₦2,000
- Major cleaning: ₦5,000
Disputing a Cleaning Fee
If you believe the fee was applied unfairly:
- Contact support to dispute the fee.
- Provide your account of events.
- Our team reviews photo evidence from the driver and makes a decision within 48 hours.
