2. Call emergency services — dial 112 (emergency) or 123 (FRSC) immediately.
3. Do not leave the scene — remain at the location until help arrives.
4. Document the scene — take photos of the vehicles, damage, and surrounding area.
5. Collect information — get the other driver's details (if applicable).
6. Report to Oya Riyders — contact support immediately as soon as you're safe.
