App Crashing or Freezing
If the Oya Riyders app crashes or becomes unresponsive, try these steps in order:
- Force close and reopen: Close the app from the app switcher and relaunch it.
- Restart your phone: A simple restart clears temporary memory and fixes many issues.
- Update the app: Go to the App Store or Play Store and check for updates. Install the latest version.
- Clear app cache (Android): Go to Settings → Apps → Oya Riyders → Storage → Clear Cache.
- Free up storage: Ensure your phone has at least 500MB of free storage.
- Reinstall the app: Uninstall and reinstall from the app store as a last resort.
If the app continues to crash after all these steps, contact support and include your phone model and OS version so we can investigate.
