Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in, try the following:

  1. Check your phone number: Make sure you're entering the exact number used to register, including the country code (+234).
  2. Wait for the OTP: It can take up to 60 seconds. Check for network signal.
  3. Resend OTP: Tap "Resend Code" after 60 seconds if it doesn't arrive.
  4. Check your SMS inbox: The OTP comes via SMS from "Oya Riyders".
  5. Restart the app: Close the app completely and reopen it.
  6. Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version from the app store.

Account Locked?

After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 30 minutes. If you're still unable to access your account after this period, contact support at info@oyariyders.com.
