How to enable push notifications

Make sure you receive ride updates and alerts.

Enabling Push Notifications

Push notifications keep you informed about ride status, promotions, and account updates.

On Android

  1. Go to Settings → Apps → Oya Riyders → Notifications.
  2. Toggle Allow Notifications to ON.

On iOS

  1. Go to Settings → Oya Riyders → Notifications.
  2. Tap Allow Notifications and enable your preferred alert types.

In-App Notification Settings

  1. Open the Oya Riyders app and go to Menu → Settings → Notifications.
  2. Toggle the types of notifications you want to receive.
