Lost Item Recovery
Left something in a vehicle? Here's how to get it back:
- Go to Trip History in the app.
- Select the trip where you lost your item.
- Tap Find Lost Item.
- You'll be connected to the driver via an anonymised call. Coordinate the return of your item.
Return Fee
A small return fee (₦500 – ₦1,500) may apply to compensate the driver for returning your item. This is charged upon successful recovery.
Act Fast: Contact us as soon as you realise an item is lost. Drivers may not hold items for more than 24 hours.
